About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at Mainstack, you will drive the development, launch, and optimization of our products. Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and ensure alignment across teams.
- Market & Customer Research
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Use data and insights to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
- Product Development and Execution
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
- Product Launch & Optimization
- Plan and execute product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and successful market entry.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
- Data & Analytics
- Define and track key product performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize user experiences, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prioritization & Roadmap Management
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap.
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all product features meet quality standards and align with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues before product releases.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp) and a solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
