About the role

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the engineering team's performance, ensure alignment with business goals, and create a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving technical projects, and collaborating across departments to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
• Transition seamlessly between managerial tasks and hands-on involvement in development processes.
• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Project Management:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality, scope, and timeline adherence.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize and refine project requirements.

Infrastructure Management & Release Management:

Collaborate with DevOps engineers to:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Ensure applications are deployable, scalable, and reliable in various environments through collaboration with the development team.
• Manage release processes for smooth and error-free deployments.
